Black Lives Matter

Black Lives Matter. It’s a statement that shouldn’t need to be said. It’s a fact that shouldn’t need to be fought for. It’s a movement that shouldn’t be viewed as contentious. And yet - tragically - it is.

At Wunder, we stand with the Black community. We stand with them in their pain,  anguish, fatigue, fear, and strength. They are our family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues, and an injustice to them is an injustice to us all.

While silence is complicity, so too is inaction. Lending our voice is not enough, it is our actions that will effect the change that we demand. At Wunder, we’re committed to fostering a space where everyone is seen and everyone is heard. Diversity, equity, and inclusion is a focus in our hiring processes, professional development curriculum, and community support, but we recognize that there is still much work to be done. We’re continuing to seek out opportunities where we can be a force for good and a driver of change. We want - and need - to double down.

Our country must purge itself of the systemic and institutionalized racism that infects it, and embrace the fact that Black lives matter. This can only happen when people hear the struggles of those that do not look like themselves, set aside preconceived notions, open up, and take action. We’re working hard on that, and as someone in Wunder’s orbit, we ask you to join us.
